I interned for 600/1200 WSJS AM in Winston-Salem, NC. After interning for about a month, they hired me for the rest of my school term. I was hired to do board operations and promotions part-time. During my school term with Winston-Salem State University, I recently worked with the school's two radio stations. On 90.5 WSNC, I was a late night host and a board operator during sports games and other various shows. My school gave me an award for my show and announcing duties.

What else you should know:

My school gave me the opportunity to create my own student station and with the help of two of my peers, I made a radio station that has been running for the past 2 years. While there, I served as the program director for my school as well as an on-air host. Another radio job I had was being a sideline reporter for my school's football and basketball games. I gave updates on the coach's situation as well as an injury update for the players.
