In 1996 while attending Howard University his explosive passion for music and determination to live his dreams caused him to leave college and to move to New York. He was offered a deal with an independent label in the Bronx shortly after moving to New York. The label was familiar with Absolute due to his popularity as a DJ and Producer. J Absolute decided not to sign with the label. Instead he became a member of a group called Brown Tree. Producers such as Pete Rock and Grap Lover provided the Tree with Lovely Hip Hop Funk. Time passed and things change. A decade Later J Absolute is a Powerful Solo Artist / song writer/Producer/and engineer and much sought after Radio Announcer. He recently performed His Solo music on Broadway and Various Television shows. An Artist who will never give up and only develops into greatness as time continues.
